Introduction of a solution for managing the claims handling process.
SLS in MPK Kraków. It has over 2,200 employees, 5 depots and about 1,000 vehicles (streetcars and buses) running on about 200 lines.
Challenge:
The company needed a solution to manage the claims process from the moment of registering the damage and printing out documents on the spot, through cost calculations and communication with insurers and perpetrators to settlement of invoices for damage repair.
Solution:
The company decided to implement a solution implementing the claims handling process integrated with the financial and accounting system, service stations and depots as well as field inspectors.
