As of 8 April 2022, the team working on IT solutions for the insurance sector, i.e. Makeitright sp. z o.o. (Insurance), was acquired as an organized part of enterprise by ProService Finteco sp. z o.o.
The purpose of this intra-group transaction was to simplify the ownership structure as well as to increase the efficiency of the companies’ operations.
We believe that synergy, experience in the IT industry and high competence of specialists from both companies will help us build a leading position in providing advanced solutions for the insurance sector.
