The first half of 2026 marked a milestone period for ProService Finteco in the area of sustainability and responsible business development. The company implemented a number of initiatives aimed at strengthening responsible governance, reducing environmental impact, and fostering an engaged and conscious workplace. The most significant achievement was the development and adoption of the company’s first-ever ESG Strategy, setting the direction for sustainability efforts throughout 2026-2028.
ProService Finteco’s First ESG Strategy
In 2026, ProService Finteco developed and adopted its first ESG Strategy. The document defines the company’s environmental, social, and governance objectives, integrating ESG considerations into business and management processes. The strategy covers, among other areas, carbon footprint reduction, responsible resource management, employee development, business ethics, and information security.
A key foundation of the strategy was the company’s first-ever Double Materiality Assessment. This process enabled ProService Finteco to identify the most important ESG topics from two perspectives: the company’s impact on its environment and the impact of environmental, social, and regulatory factors on the company itself. The outcomes of the assessment formed the basis for establishing strategic priorities and building the company’s ESG reporting framework.
Environmental Initiatives
One of the most significant environmental initiatives was the procurement of Guarantees of Origin for electricity, covering the forecasted electricity consumption for 2026. This enables the company to confirm that its electricity is sourced from renewable energy sources and supports the objective of covering 100% of electricity consumption with renewable energy certificates.
The company also implemented e-waste management principles, promoting the responsible handling of IT equipment through reuse programmes and certified recycling processes.
ProService Finteco’s commitment to environmental sustainability was further recognised through the Green Office certification awarded to its Warsaw headquarters at the end of 2025. The certification, granted by the Foundation for Environmental Education, recognises organisations that implement best practices in environmental protection and sustainable workplace management.
First ESG Reporting for Innova Capital
In 2026, ProService Finteco completed comprehensive ESG reporting for the first time for its shareholder, Innova Capital. The data provided by ProService Finteco was included in Innova Capital’s 2025 ESG Report, which presents the sustainability performance and initiatives of the fund’s portfolio companies.
The reporting covered environmental, social, and governance matters and represented an important step towards the further development of a mature ESG management and reporting framework.
Reporting Under UN Global Compact Membership
ProService Finteco continued its activities as an active participant of the United Nations Global Compact, a commitment it has maintained since 2021. In 2026, the company prepared its annual Communication on Progress, reporting on the implementation of responsible business principles related to human rights, labour standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption measures.
Investing in Employees and Organisational Culture
Alongside its environmental initiatives, the company continued to invest in employee development and workplace culture. During 2025 and 2026, ProService Finteco delivered a broad range of development programmes, including the Manager Academy, language training, technical training, and specialised regulatory courses.
All employees also participated in mandatory training covering compliance, ethics, and information security.
A strong emphasis was placed on employee health, wellbeing, and integration. The company organised a variety of initiatives promoting healthy lifestyles, Health Days, and sports events that brought teams together and strengthened collaboration. These activities contributed to maintaining a high level of employee engagement, reflected in strong participation rates in employee engagement surveys and a positive eNPS score.
