An important issue in the ProService Finteco group of companies is to continuously improve the security of business processes occurring in the organization through comprehensive fraud risk management as part of the anti-fraud system.

In the ProService Finteco group of companies, information security procedures are an integral part of our overall system of internal control. We make sure that our resources are protected from loss or unauthorized use.

Group employees and other Third Parties performing activities on behalf of the Group may report potential violations, including in an anonymous manner. All notifications should be sent to the address of the
Supervision Inspector of ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o., in the form of:
a.electronically, to the e-mail address naruszenia@psfinteco.pl;

b. by paper, to the Supervision Inspector, to the following address:
ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o., ul. Konstruktorska 12A, 02-673, Warsaw,
with a note CONFIDENTIAL – to the addressee.

Submitting a report may not result in any repressive actions, discrimination or other unfair treatment against the reporting person.
For this purpose, the Supervision Inspector and persons participating in further stages of the investigation are obliged to keep the reporting person’s data confidential and are forbidden to provide information about the report to the immediate superior in the context of assessing the quality of this person’s work. The fact of reporting may not be a reason for the employee to be refused employee benefits or a reason for termination of employment.
