Employers and organizations associated in the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) in all their activities are guided by the principle of equal treatment in the workplace, regardless of nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender, ethnic origin, political beliefs, race, religion, gender identity, age, creed, form of employment, and other grounds for exclusionary behavior.
Employers and organizations affiliated with the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) declare to:
1. Create an open work environment in which both female and male employees and coworkers, regardless of differences, have a chance to fully realize their potential
2. Support and implement the principles of equal treatment and diversity and inclusion management within the organization
3. Create procedures for reporting violations of this rule and evaluating them
4. Take steps to integrate all minority groups into the work environment and local communities
5. Participate in initiatives that support diversity and build an inclusive organization
6. Raise awareness on equal treatment, full respect and create equal opportunities regardless of the dimension of diversity
7. Ensure respectful, inclusive language used in the company so that it does not discriminate against anyone
