What do we do?

ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o. is a company offering professional and comprehensive IT solutions as well as services for financial institutions in Poland and abroad. The goal of our company is to provide professional solutions, business applications and outsourcing services tailored to individual needs and requirements. ProService Finteco cooperates with major investment funds, pension funds, insurance companies and banks, supporting key processes of handling financial products and services as well as customer service.

The security of our clients’ data is ensured by advanced security systems, as well as multi-level control and restrictive access procedures. We also deployed Business Continuity and Recovery Plan which ensures continuity of processes in the event of system failure and unforeseen external events.

For years, we have observed a policy of transparency of our solutions and emphasized the continuous development of tools and control processes. The high quality of the security and control systems deployed has been confirmed by both independent auditors and our clients.

The effectiveness of our procedures is monitored by several independent departments in our company. Cyclical quality and safety checks are carried out by, among others, the Risk Assessment and Internal Audit Department, Information Security Officer and the Company’s Management Board.

ISAE 3402

The high standard of our control systems and processes has been documented and checked by an independent auditor. As a result, we obtain  a yearly report prepared in accordance with the international standard ISAE 3402. (until 2010 – SAS 70).

ISO 9001

In 2004, ProService Finteco received the Quality Management System Certificate for the first time, up to the standard ISO 9001:2000 (PN – EN ISO 9001:2001). Since then, the compliance of the implemented system with the standard and earlier assumptions has been certified every year by an independent, external certification body.

ISO 27001

The IT security system is periodically verified by an independent certification body, which confirms the high quality of our solutions with a certificate of compliance with ISO 27001.

ProService Finteco is a leader in the sector of financial companies that deliver services and technological solutions for investment and pension funds, insurance companies and banks. The company supports the processes of distribution of financial products and services, as well as services dedicated to retail and corporate clients.

Moventum

Moventum S.C.A. is a full service provider for financial advisors and their clientele as well as institutional clients and asset managers from around the world, offering a comprehensive range of securities services including custody. Its digital platform “MoventumOffice” offers more than 10,000 funds, ETFs and other securities. The wholly owned subsidiary Moventum Asset Management S.A. offers a range of high-quality asset management solutions with an excellent track record.

Moventum Asset Management S.A.

Moventum Asset Management S.A. (Moventum AM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Moventum S.C.A. The management company – where the asset management expertise of Moventum has been concentrated since 2019 – manages Moventum’s own funds of funds as well as individual mandates as part of its asset management portfolios.

Company Structure

Our company comprises of Experts who work in Divisions and Departments. Our main areas of activity are:

  • Operations – execution of transactions on Participants’ registers in PS Finteco’s client databases,
  • Asset Administration and Valuation – administration, accounting and valuation of investment and pension fund assets,
  • Sale of products and services; customer service – ongoing cooperation with clients,
  • IT – development of ICT solutions for the financial sector,
  • Support units (Audit, Finance, HR, Legal, PMO, Administration)

Emilia Guz

President of the Management Board

A graduate of the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw. Her career at ProService Finteco began in 1997 in the Operations Team, and since 2005 she has worked in the area of Customer Relationship Management.
...read moreFrom 2005 to 2006 she was the Manager of Telephone Customer Service, from 2006 to 2010 she held the position of Key Account Manager, and from April 2010 to September 2017 she managed the Customer Service Division. She currently serves as Vice President of the Management Board and is responsible for the Company’s operational processes.

Paweł Sujecki

In 1995 – 2001 he worked for CA IB Agent Transferowy, where he was Director of the Investment Funds Service Department. From 2001 within the structure of BRE Transfer Agent he was responsible for the Strategy and Development Department and Client Service Department.

Since 2008 he has been performing the function of a Member of the Management Board of ProService Finteco responsible for the client services area. In 2010 – 2023  he was appointed President of the Management Board of ProService Finteco.

Paweł Cynkar

CTO, Member of the Board

Graduate of the Wroclaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications. Over 20 years of experience in the IT area in financial institutions.

Started his career in the IT area in 1998 and has been associated with the transfer agent institution since 2002, where he started in the position of analyst/programmer. Successively took on the functions of managing IT teams. Mr. X has been with ProService Finteco since 2017, and has served as CIO since December 2023. He is responsible for the technological development and maintenance of all systems in the company.

Graduate of the Wroclaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications. Over 20 years of experience in the IT area in financial institutions.

Started his career in the IT area in 1998 and has been associated with the transfer agent institution since 2002, where he started in the position of analyst/programmer.
