What do we do?

ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o. is a company offering professional and comprehensive IT solutions as well as services for financial institutions in Poland and abroad. The goal of our company is to provide professional solutions, business applications and outsourcing services tailored to individual needs and requirements. ProService Finteco cooperates with major investment funds, pension funds, insurance companies and banks, supporting key processes of handling financial products and services as well as customer service.

January 2001

ProService Transfer Agent Sp. z o.o., functioning in its present shape, was established in January 2001 [formerly as BRE Transfer Agent] as a result of the merger of Fund Service Office, which had operated as a transfer agent since 1997, supporting pension funds within the banking structures of BRE Bank SA and a transfer agent in the field of servicing investment funds, managed since 1994 by CA IB Transfer Agent S.A.
Later, the company was incorporated into Skarbiec Asset Management Holding, a cluster of companies dealing with investment fund management, transfer agent services, pension fund management and asset management.

January 2007

Part of Skarbiec Asset Management Holding [including ProService Transfer Agent] was purchased by Polish Enterprise Fund V, a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors. As a result of this transaction, the Company changed its name to ProService Transfer Agent Sp. z o.o.

May 2012

In May 2012, ProService Transfer Agent purchased FIN24.pl Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in software development, including online platforms, for distributors and investment fund companies.

November 2012

In November 2012, Highlander Partners, L.P. became the new owner of ProService Transfer Agent. Highlander Partners is a private equity fund specializing in investments in service-oriented and production enterprises, primarily operating in the ‘business to business’ model.

May 2016

In May 2016, ProService Transfer Agent joined the group of Supporting Entities in the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management.

July 2016

From 1 June, 2016, 100% of the company’s shares were taken over by the Funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management L.P. and Cornerstone Partners.

February 2017

In February 2017, an agreement was signed, under which ProService Transfer Agent Sp. z o.o. merged with Aspartus Sp. z o.o., a company delivering software solutions and services to maintain proprietary systems to comprehensively service institutions from the insurance sector.

March 2017

In March 2017, a purchase agreement was signed by ProService Transfer Agent Sp. z o.o. with an organized part of Bonair S.A., a division producing and supplying specialized software for the investment and banking market.

May 2017

On 31 May 2017, ProService Transfer Agent Sp. z o.o. and ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o. merged. The purpose of the merger of both companies and the subsequent rebranding to ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o. was to strengthen the image of our company as a market leader in the area of FinTech solutions.

September 2017

In September 2017, another acquisition agreement was finalized, under which ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o. acquired IFAS Sp. z o.o., a company focusing its activities on closed-end investment fund bookkeeping, as well as equity and personal bookkeeping.

March 2018

The company signed an agreement under which Makeitright Sp. z o.o., specializing in test and business process automation and Robotics Process Automation, joined the ProService Finteco Group of Companies.

April 2018

ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o. bought Turbine Analytics S.A., an analytical company specialized in data processing from financial markets, providing IT systems and offering consultancy services related to the use of quantitative methods in risk management, investment portfolio management, trading and operating activities.

May 2021

ProService Finteco completed the acquisition of Luxembourg-based Moventum S.C.A. The transaction already received the required approval from the CSSF, Luxembourg’s financial regulator.

Moventum S.C.A. includes Moventum Asset Management S.A. (Moventum AM), which has been managing its own funds (parent company) since 2019, handles individual orders as part of the management of its own portfolios.

December 2021

On 31 December 2021, Turbine Analytics S.A. merged with ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o.

February 2022

On 14 February 2022, ProService Finteco acquired an organized part of the enterprise Vistra Fund Services Poland Sp z o.o. SKA with its registered office in Warsaw (“Vistra”), comprising a separate set of resources dedicated to providing professional accounting and bookkeeping services to Open-Ended Investment Funds.

April 2022

The team working on IT solutions for the Makeitright insurance sector was acquired as an organized part of the enterprise by ProService Finteco.

November 2025

From November 2025 100% of the company’s shares were taken over by Funds managed by Innova Capital Group.

Quality and safety

Ensuring data security and process continuity is one of the priorities of ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o.

The security of our clients’ data is ensured by advanced security systems, as well as multi-level control and restrictive access procedures. We also deployed Business Continuity and Recovery Plan which ensures continuity of processes in the event of system failure and unforeseen external events.

For years, we have observed a policy of transparency of our solutions and emphasized the continuous development of tools and control processes. The high quality of the security and control systems deployed has been confirmed by both independent auditors and our clients.

The effectiveness of our procedures is monitored by several independent departments in our company. Cyclical quality and safety checks are carried out by, among others, the Risk Assessment and Internal Audit Department, Information Security Officer and the Company’s Management Board.

ISAE 3402

The high standard of our control systems and processes has been documented and checked by an independent auditor. As a result, we obtain a yearly report prepared in accordance with the international standard ISAE 3402. (until 2010 – SAS 70).

ISO 9001

In 2004, ProService Finteco received the Quality Management System Certificate for the first time, up to the standard ISO 9001:2000 (PN – EN ISO 9001:2001). Since then, the compliance of the implemented system with the standard and earlier assumptions has been certified every year by an independent, external certification body.

ISO 27001

The IT security system is periodically verified by an independent certification body, which confirms the high quality of our solutions with a certificate of compliance with ISO 27001.

Emilia Guz

President of the Management Board

A graduate of the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw. Her career at ProService Finteco began in 1997 in the Operations Team, and since 2005 she has worked in the area of Customer Relationship Management.

Since 2008 he has been performing the function of a Member of the Management Board of ProService Finteco responsible for the client services area. In 2010 – 2023 he was appointed President of the Management Board of ProService Finteco.

Paweł Cynkar

Graduate of the Wroclaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications. Over 20 years of experience in the IT area in financial institutions.

Started his career in the IT area in 1998 and has been associated with the transfer agent institution since 2002, where he started in the position of analyst/programmer. Successively took on the functions of managing IT teams. Mr. X has been with ProService Finteco since 2017, and has served as CIO since December 2023. He is responsible for the technological development and maintenance of all systems in the company.

Graduate of the Wroclaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications. Over 20 years of experience in the IT area in financial institutions.

Started his career in the IT area in 1998 and has been associated with the transfer agent institution since 2002, where he started in the position of analyst/programmer. Successively took on the functions of managing IT teams. Mr. X has been with ProService Finteco since 2017, and has served as CIO since December 2023.
